What To Do In Case Of An Accident
  1. In the event of an accident, try to obtain the registration no., driver's name, driver's permit # and the name of the insurer from the other party.

  2. Position of vehicles should be marked before they are removed from the scene of the accident.

  3. Try to secure contact information from any independent witnesses. (An independent witness is someone who saw the accident but was not an occupant of any vehicle involved).

  4. All accidents must be reported to the nearest police station.

  5. Do not admit liability in writing or otherwise.
