1. Complete transfer form which will include registered owner and new owner.


2. Obtain certificate of insurance on new owner's name


3. Two (2) forms of identification of Registered Owner and New Owner


4. An updated certified copy as proof of ownership


5. Engine Number and Chassis number to be clarified at Licensing Office by the Inspection officer


6. To process the transfer both parties are required at the Licensing Office


7. All documents are kept by the clerk at the Licensing Office. After approximately sic (6) weeks the revised certified copy can be collected from the Licensing Office.
